The Village at Fisher's Landing is a segment of Fishers Landing as we know it–the storybook white picket fence neighborhood in Vancouver. With low crime rates and good schools, it's highly desirable and will come with great resale value any time in the future.

Most neighborhoods have HOAs, which helps maintain how picture perfect the streets look, with an abundance of parks and a very family-oriented and dog-friendly community. Located just east of the 205 it has convenient access to Portland and the PDX airport. Higher-end natural food stores, Costco, and more area all just a short distance from nearly anywhere in Fishers Landing, but expect less mom-and-pop, locally-owned stores and walkability compared to west Vancouver. 

Because it's so popular, homes go a little quicker here, and you can expect multiple offers, but it's certainly not impossible to claim yours with the right agent. There are fewer brand new builds here; as Fishers Landing has been established for quite some time. Expect to find homes built in the late '80s and '90s. · Fisher's Landing Waterpark - Located within the Cascade Athletic Club, it's the only private (members and guest) waterpark in Vancouver. The waterpark opens Memorial Day Weekend, and includes a wading pool, splash pad, leisure pool, and spa!

· Lacamas Lake - Just a short drive ot Camas, Lacamas Lake hosts winding, dog-friendly trails and waterfalls, Camas lily fields hidden above Round Lake in the summer and if you rent or own a kayak, you can make your way to the breathtaking hidden sea of water lilies.

· Parks Galore! - With seven very nearby, clean and safe parks, your little one or furry friend will never tire of their scenery. Columbia Tech center park is a bit off the beaten path but has unique play structures and hosts family-friendly events in the summer.
