The Orchards neighborhood in Vancouver, Washington provides is one of the most bang-for-your-buck areas around with a major range of property types; from newer builds on smaller lots to fixer-uppers on larger lots.

This area has something to offer for almost anyone – it's centrally located, providing a range of convenient businesses and big-box stores to meet your needs. This is, however, one of those neighborhoods I encourage clients to check out in person, as street-to-street can vary in levels of ‘pride-of-ownership’. With an abundance of parks and easy access to Vancouver’s major highways, my only personal ‘con’ might be it has fewer options for restaurant dining. From bike trails to playgrounds, many quickly feel at home in Vancouver's Orchards neighborhood.
